At Dermafills, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict returns policy.
1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
All injectables, serums, skincare, and aesthetic products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
